1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases of Bazaar Flipper Mod ("BFM") licenses. Due to the digital nature of our software, all sales are final unless specific conditions outlined below are met.

Important: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy and explicitly waive your EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) for digital content that begins execution immediately upon purchase.

We process all payments via Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

⚠️ EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) - Explicit Waiver

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU states that this right does NOT apply to:

"The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal."

2.1 Your Explicit Consent

By purchasing BFM, you provide explicit, informed consent that:

  • ✅ You gain instant access to the full software, including download links and license keys
  • ✅ You expressly agree to waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal
  • ✅ You acknowledge that performance begins immediately and understand the consequences

  • Checkbox on checkout page: "I acknowledge I will lose my right of withdrawal by receiving immediate access"
  • Visible link to this Refund Policy during checkout
  • Email confirmation after purchase stating waiver acceptance

2.2 Why the Waiver Applies

BFM is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (no physical CD/USB). Upon purchase:

  1. Your license is activated in our database instantly
  2. You receive immediate download access and license key
  3. The software can be used immediately

Since performance begins immediately and you have provided express consent, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under EU law.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Issues: Software fails to launch or function on supported platforms despite troubleshooting
  • Defective Product: Critical bugs preventing intended use (must report within 48 hours of purchase)
  • Payment Error: Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions
  • License Activation Failure: License key doesn't work and support cannot resolve

❌ NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Changed Mind: "I don't want it anymore" (waived 14-day right)
  • Hypixel Ban: Account banned for using BFM (user assumes risk per TOS)
  • User Error: Incorrect configuration, lack of understanding
  • Expectation Mismatch: "Not as good as expected"
  • Buyer's Remorse: After 48 hours without technical issues
  • TOS Violations: Account terminated for rule-breaking
  • Unauthorized Resale: Attempting to resell license
⏱️ 48-Hour Defect Window: If the software is defective or non-functional, you MUST report the issue within 48 hours of purchase with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs, error messages). Claims after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

4.1 Required Information

  • Purchase Email: Email used for account registration
  • Transaction ID: Stripe payment ID (found in confirmation email)
  • Issue Description: Detailed explanation of the problem
  • Evidence: Screenshots, crash logs, error messages
  • Troubleshooting Attempts: Steps you've already tried

4.2 Processing Time

  • Review: 1-3 business days after ticket submission
  • Stripe Processing: 5-10 business days to reach your account
  • License Deactivation: Immediate upon refund approval

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

⚠️ Chargebacks Result in Permanent Ban: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/card issuer WITHOUT contacting us first will result in immediate license termination and permanent account ban.

5.1 Stripe Dispute Process

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect:

  1. Contact Us First: Email bazaarflippermod@gmail.com or open a Discord ticket
  2. Provide Details: Transaction ID, reason for dispute, supporting evidence
  3. Allow 3 Business Days: We will investigate and respond
  4. Resolution: If valid, we'll issue a refund voluntarily

5.2 Consequences of Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us:

  • ❌ Immediate license deactivation
  • ❌ Permanent account termination
  • ❌ Ban from future purchases (email, HWID, payment method blacklisted)
  • ❌ Removal from Discord server
  • ❌ No future support access

5.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

We respond to all chargebacks with Stripe by providing:

  • Proof of digital product delivery (license key, download access)
  • Account usage logs showing software was used
  • IP address and device information matching the purchase
  • Email confirmation of EU waiver consent

Fraudulent chargebacks for digital goods are typically ruled in favor of the merchant. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes.
